Pam Fletcher, President and Chief Coach, is a proven workplace transitions specialist with over 25 years of global, multi-industry experience with clients such as Repsol, Carnegie Mellon University, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and FHL Bank, among others. Her expertise ranges from the shop floor to the boardroom and spans a variety of roles, including strategic planning, executive coaching, talent development, and change management. She has worked with clients in public, private, college, and non-profit environments and has experience in all phases of the business cycle from startup to turn-around situations.
Pam is passionate about delivering outcomes that make a difference to the individual and to the business. She accomplishes this by identifying and focusing on the desires and talents of the individual, producing solutions that deliver measurable results.
Pam holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Business Administration as well as certifications in coaching, financial planning, and change management.
