Pam Fletcher, President & Chief Coach, is a strategic and results focused business leader, with over 20 years of global, multi-industry experience. Her expertise ranges from the shop floor to the boardroom and spans a variety of roles, including strategic planning, executive coaching, human resources, and business development. She has worked with leaders and executives in public, private, and non-profit environments, and has experience in all phases of the business cycle from start up to turn around situations.

Pam is passionate about delivering outcomes that make a difference to the individual and to the business. She accomplishes this by identifying and focusing on the genuine talents of the leader, resulting in customized solutions that produce strong results.

Pam holds a Master and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration; as well as certifications in coaching, financial planning and change management.
