Workplace Readiness provides guidance to students taking on their first internship or entering the workplace for the first time by building self-awareness, relationship skills, and context for work within the organization’s mission and culture. College Readiness supports students as they transition into college by increasing self-awareness, broadening perspective, focusing energy, and building the skills to promote accountability and independence.
Executive Integration
Hiring from the outside can bring many benefits: a fresh perspective, new skills, enhanced team dynamics, and much more. Hiring externally also brings some risks and challenges. Executive Integration, delivered through a three-month customized coaching experience, can minimize the cultural and performance risks associated with bringing in a new senior-level leader.
New Employee InPlacement
The EdgeIN New Employee InPlacement program can accelerate new employee integration by building self-awareness, relationships, and context for work within the organization’s mission and culture. New employees will build the personal accountability and confidence to perform as part of the onboarding process. The program can also increase engagement and retention of new hires.
EdgeIN Professional Certification
The EdgeIN Professional Certification provides tools, training, and resources to talent professionals, college transition staff, and coaches who want to improve orientation, onboarding, and integration experiences. Participants will be provided with the education, experience, and exposure to bring EdgeIN solutions to enhance their organization’s onboarding and orientation processes.

I had a wonderful experience and genuinely enjoyed learning the values that you implemented within each session. I plan to use these throughout my career and personal life experiences.
